If it needs to be in a certain format tell me as well because if a format isn't stated I will assume its for casual tabletop. I love making Janky decks but I'll build you something that will work the way you imagine without hurting your wallet.

Second deck I had him make to challenge him and his abilities, and oh boy, did he not let me down. Honestly on this one it was a wee bit over budget, but that is fine considering the challenge I gave him. Told him to make a non blue deck, and he delivered in strides. I couldn't be happier.
